Already a well-loved Portland brand, Freeland is scaling nationwide. OOG worked with Freeland’s growing team to refine their brand story, expand their brand system, and restructure their online store. With growth, Freeland needed to clarify their brand story. We workshopped to explore Freeland’s brand values; leading creative conversation and exercises to align the team. Building on that strategy, we drilled down to the essential site and shopping experiences that would become the backbone of our shop’s strategy and content to bring their brand voice to life.
